MARSH PIG

Jackie and Sarah Kennedy run Marsh pig from their base in Norfolk, creating high quality British charcuterie from free range pork and rare breed beef. They have won numerous Great Taste Awards for their products and continue to innovate: culatello, known in Italy as the king of salumi, is the latest addition to their range.
